Bicore One stands by you and the entire country in these trying time due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  We believe int the importance of staying connected. We are committed to provide you and your family uninterrupted service while having to stay at home.  We also understand that given the situation and circumstances, you may inquire more bandwidth than that of your current subscription.  Thus, during this period, we will allow you to upgrade your fiber internet plan to any higher plan of your choice; however, as soon as the situation stabilizes, we will give you the option whether to continue with the upgraded plan or to downgrade to your original plan.  Call our Customer Service at 09205699974 and 09566757681 to upgrade or for more details.

We have also put in place a payment extension for your monthly service fee for 30-days or until such time that the situation is back to normal, whichever comes first.
